handle government relations in areas such as financial services and small
business. The "boutique lobbying firm" said on its website that it can help clients develop strategies and advance issues through Congress.
“This firm is built on two concepts –
integrity and results,” Ballentine said in a LinkedIn post announcing the new
venture. “I look forward to working with clients and helping them shape and
influence policy outcomes.”
Ballentine was the ABA’s executive
vice president of Congressional relations and political affairs from 2000 to
2022. Before that, he was associate deputy administrator at the Small Business
Administration.
